Exchange & Refund Policy

We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packing in order to be eligible for a refund.

To start a return/refund, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, you’ll be responsible for paying for the return postage and packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 Once we’ve received and reviewed your return, we’ll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. Within 10 business days. If accepted, your initial payment method will instantly be returned. 

 Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and deposit the refund.
